1. Can I get some samples?
Yes, we can provide you samples before you buy our product, but you need to pay for shipping. Sample order is always available for quality check and test.
2. What's the lead time? What is your terms of delivery?
It usually takes about 1-3 weeks for production based on different quantity after receipt of your order; Delivery available for EXW, CPT, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, DDP.
3. What are your payment methods?
We usually accept Credit Card, T/T, L/C, and etc. And other payment can also be negotiated.
4. What is your MOQ?
Usually our MOQ is 50 SQM, but for trail order, we can negotiate.
5. What is the length for the decking?
Our common length is 3m, 4m. We also provide customized length.
6. What about the packaging of WPC?
Now, we'll use steel pallets for packing because it's easy to unload. In addition,for special orders, we will use iron straps and airbags to prevent the packaging from falling off.
7. What are the advantages of WPC over real wood? Do colors fade from weathering?
Simply put, WPC not only has good mechanical properties, weather resistance, color fastness, chemical stability and low heavy metal content, but also has water resistance.
